Ambos, licenciados en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de Barcelona, pronto nos dimos cuenta de que nos un\u00edan m\u00e1s cosas adem\u00e1s del apellido. Esta curiosa coincidencia ya no la pudimos disociar de nuestro proyecto com\u00fan y la incorporamos a nuestro nombre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nuestro proyecto empez\u00f3 con la readaptaci\u00f3n de objetos viejos en piezas funcionales y, cada vez m\u00e1s, fuimos cuidando los dise\u00f1os finales y proyect\u00e1ndolos en piezas m\u00e1s personales, m\u00e1s innovadoras, m\u00e1s tecnol\u00f3gicas y adaptadas al cliente. Con esta misma filosof\u00eda y despu\u00e9s de diez a\u00f1os hemos conseguido posicionar Bel&Bel como una marca de dise\u00f1o de piezas \u00fanicas y series limitadas con un estilo propio muy reconocible. Nuestras obras han sido incluidas en exposiciones internacionales de Arte y Dise\u00f1o y tambi\u00e9n en reportajes de grandes medios de comunicaci\u00f3n. Esta expansi\u00f3n ha convertido a Bel&Bel en una firma conocida en todo el mundo. Una marca asociada con un estilo de \u201csupra-reciclaje\u201d de alto standing.<\/span><\/p>\n

El taller\/estudio\/showroom se encuentra en Barcelona, ubicado en una\u00a0masia<\/i>\u00a0del S. XVII que, despu\u00e9s de un profundo proceso de reforma y rehabilitaci\u00f3n, se ha convertido en un espacio creativo y polivalente, donde desarrollamos nuestras creaciones. Desde la apertura de este espacio hemos intentado que nuestro estudio sea un lugar de encuentro con otros artistas, cineastas, m\u00fasicos, dise\u00f1adores y otros creadores con los que descubrir puntos en com\u00fan, con la intenci\u00f3n de colaborar y compartir diferentes proyectos.<\/span><\/p>\n

En 2015, gracias a nuestra visi\u00f3n cada vez m\u00e1s global y al inter\u00e9s creciente que suscitan nuestras piezas, damos un paso adelante y decidimos contar con la colaboraci\u00f3n fija de dos buenos amigos, Sebastian Perez & Roger Amat que nos ayudan a convertir Bel&Bel en un equipo con mayores posibilidades productivas.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_zigzag color=\u00bbcustom\u00bb el_width=\u00bb20″ custom_color=\u00bb#fafa14″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

La decisi\u00f3n inicial de trabajar con materiales de deshecho naci\u00f3 de un pensamiento principalmente ecol\u00f3gico: el reciclaje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estamos rodeados por objetos que caen en desuso. Todo el mundo se desprende de aquello que ya no le interesa y de lo que le aburre (siempre que la obsolescencia programada no lo haga antes por ellos). Adem\u00e1s, creemos que algunas l\u00edneas del dise\u00f1o pasado siguen teniendo el mismo o m\u00e1s valor que las actuales y se les puede dar un nuevo uso, una nueva vida, m\u00e1s art\u00edstica y duradera.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apostamos por hacer piezas s\u00f3lidas y dise\u00f1os \u00fanicos que perduren a lo largo del tiempo en contraposici\u00f3n a la actual producci\u00f3n en masa. Creemos en una producci\u00f3n responsable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Queremos exaltar tambi\u00e9n con nuestras piezas algunos de los dise\u00f1os del pasado que admiramos, como la m\u00edtica motocicleta de Corradino D\u2019Ascanio o nuestro querido SEAT 600, que de alguna manera fueron fabricados para durar toda vida.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nuestra producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica pretende llamar la atenci\u00f3n sobre la llamada obsolescencia programada, fruto de la modernidad y hacia la que nos posicionamos totalmente contrarios.<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed pues, podemos hablar de \u201creciclaje creativo\u201d o \u201cupcycling\u201d donde se aplica el principio de las tres \u201cR\u201d (Reducir, Reutilizar, Reciclar), pero, ahora, con el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda punta y las energ\u00edas renovables.<\/span><\/p>\n
